I'm no longer able to send Yahoo Mail through Thunderbird. Is anyone else having this issue?
-
I tried to send Yahoo Mail today using Thunderbird (2.0), which in the past has worked perfectly. However now when I try to send Yahoo Mail I am prompted for a anti-spam authorization code and even when I enter it correctly it won't let me send my message. Is anyone else having this issue?

Answer:
I use Thunderbird 2.0 as well and have no problems with it. I've not ever been prompted for an anti-spam code on any of my outgoing mails. You might want to talk to your internet service provider and ask for their IP number for the outgoing server. It's a number something like 123.456.78.90. It can be entered in the Thunderbird settings instead of the smtp address suggested by Yahoo. It might help to get around the anti-spam code request.
