How do I stop outlook continually trying to send a message?
-
An e-mail I opened in outlook asked for a receipt, which I clicked 'yes' to send. However, the received message was sent to a second e-mail address I use and outlook tried to send it via my default e-mail, yahoo. Yahoo stopped the receipt being sent, as the second address is not authenticated with Yahoo. However, outlook now tries to send the receipt every couple of minutes, but it always fails. There is nothing in the outbox that I can delete to stop it trying to send. I can't even cancel the task from the send/receive box. Anyone know how I can stop outlook continually trying to send this message? Thanks
