How do I Send Emails using microsoft outlook 2007?

I want to send emails using mircrosoft outlook 2007, but i dont see the send sign like it appear in this pic. http://www.richardbyrom.com/images/uploads/MicrosoftOutlook2007_96E8/MicrosoftOutlook2007TestTabletPCentry3.jpg only the To and CC is appearing...thank you

Microsoft Outlook 2007 is just an email PROGRAM on your computer. You need to configure your email ACCOUNT in the program for it to work. The "Send" button isn't visible when there's no account set up for the program to send mail through.
