Why do some of my e-mails go to Outlook Express?

Where do the deleted emails go from outlook express after you empty the deleted items?

    While your messages are still in folders (such as the Inbox), they are actually stored in a file on your hard drive inside the Outlook Express folder along with the program files that manage OE. When you empty the deleted items folder (such as emptying Trash in Yahoo Mail), those items are permanently deleted from the hard drive. However, they don't go to the Recycle Bin as would any other file that you might delete. From OE, the deletion is permanent.
