To creat a new email account on outlook express?

Hi friends! There is already an email account in my outlook express. Now, I want to create a new account in outlook i.e. yahoo.com's email. That menas, is it possible that in an outlook express create two different email accounts for receiving and sending mails. Please tell me the whole process step-by-step. With lots of love Manav
