How can I change the time on my outgoing emails?

How do I change the date and time on incoming and outgoing emails.?

  • The clock on incoming and outgoing emails is almost 6 hours too fast. How do I correct it?

  • Answer:

    you have to edit your timezone. from yahoo mail click options -> mail options -> Account Information -> enter your password -> and at Member Information click Edit. hope this helps

IS this for Yahoo POP email or web based email? If POP email then surely just change your 'puters date and time, that is how it is measured on arrival to you....but for web based, prolly use the other two peeps's ideas....Cheers and good luck

Skill and finesse lol. It’s all in the header but it’s pretty easy to spot changes and you can’t change the info on the mail servers. i didnt read all the question then, doh!

go to your account and the n * Registered information scroll down under home location you will see time zone.. changing that changes your hot-mail.live-mail. im assuming you use that. its basically the same in yahoo
