Yahoo E-mail server names?

I am trying to use mozilla thunderbird as an email server. My main email is a free yahoo mail account.?

whether is POP3 or IMAP is one of the questions. and the other is incoming and outgoing mail server names, ie, mail.example.net and smpt.example.net . Is all greek to me. help...? what does yahoo free email account use or how to find out? thanks...i really looking for one click method to save emails to hard drive with minimum copy/paste manuevers, one click is my kind of comfort zone...
