Why cannot I get Yahoo classic to work on Outlook Express anymore?

I'm trying to get my yahoo address to work on my outlook express program. How do I do this??

you need to upgrade to the yahoo plus package ...(that means paying) unless u pay you cant use outlook with yahoo

I have MSN there. They give prompts. Go to tools, options and create a mailbox The Yahoo IMAP and such required.
