How to reconfigure Yahoo mail in Outlook 2003?

I'm having troubles sending Yahoo Premium Plus Mail from Outlook-2003?

About two weeks ago it started that everything that I sent out from Outlook-2003 comes back with an error message - I have two Mail-Plus Yahoo accounts, and both are now the same. After testing from the tools-accounts I get two errors: Sending the Test Message - can find the outgoing server, but no response from server; Finding Outgoing Server - 'Outlook could not connect to outgoing mail server' (SMTP). I haven't changed anything that I'm aware of...it just started having errors whenever I tried to send. (Receiving is fine on these two accounts). Oh...I also get the same error message from an ISP based account, so it may be related to Outlook more than yahoo. It is a pain to have to do my mail online.
