How do I set up my personal email through Outlook Express?

How to set up ur email to open threw outlook express?

i have set it up as told to, yet for some reason it still wont connect. i have it all set as i had seen but at first it told me my pw was rejected and now its telling me it cant connect. can you please give me some kinda help as to getting this set. If you know the pop3 and smtp addys would appreciate them so i can triple check them again to make sure i have them right.
