How to foward your emails?

How do I reinstate receiving emails from a domain that for some reason no longer goes through to me?

  • We no longer receive any emails from employees from a company with its own domain. We have never classified them as junk senders and very much need these emails. For years we had successfully received emails from various people with this particular domain, but one day last Spring we stopped getting all emails. People with that domain can receive my emails without issue, but any emails that they initiate or reply to do not arrive in my inbox. Again, they have not been classified as junk senders. How can we reinstate this domain so that we receive all emails coming from it?

  • Answer:

If you've got them added on to your personal address book they should be ok, it's strange that the domain should no longer be valid in yours if nothing has been changed on either side. One good idea would be to check the firewall settings if you can, it may be blocking more than just that domain. Also if anything has been changed in the firewall on their side it may stop them from replying or sending emails to you.
