How can I copy my Yahoo Mail address book to a different mail server?

For instance, if I want all my Yahoo Mail contacts in the address book of a mail server like Outlook, how do I get them there besides copying them in one at a time? At one point I found an option in Outlook to import address books, but I have no idea how to get my Yahoo mail address book in a format Outlook might like.

when i copy my contacts to my new e-mail there was a button to send my contacts to a different e-mail but now on yahoo you can link email addresses together so if you can't send the contacts just link your e-mails addresses
