How do you send messages to cell phones from Yahoo mail?

I purchased Yahoo Plus so I could get my mail through Outlook but I can not send messages.?

I receive messages, but cannot send. I changed the settings based on what I read here to. plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com and plus.smpt.mail.yahoo and it still will not send. I get the following message. Send test e-mail message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
Answer:

you got your wording slightly incorrect plus.smpt.mail.yahoo should read plus.smtp.mail.yahoo Change that and it should be fine

I have several yahoo accounts and the smtp settings worked ok up until about two weeks ago. Since then I can receive messages through POP ok but can't send using smtp so there maybe a problem with yahoo.
