Need help with outgoing PoP3 server settings... typical smpt.mail.yahoo.com is not working?

I can receive mail from Yahoo without a problem but i can not send mail from my Outlook Express. Whose problem is this (well mine of course) but can I get answers from Yahoo... my IPS? Not sure what to do. I have tried putting in my IPS mail server address and this does not seem to be working either. Error -The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.mail.yahoo.com', Server: 'smtp.mail.yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E If you can help me that would be wonderul! Mail Help Errors Receiving Mail (POP) There are a number of factors that could cause difficulties with POP access. We've outlined most of them below: Correct Password? Are you sure that the password you're using to access your Yahoo! Mail is correct? To find out, go to: http://mail.yahoo.co.uk. If you're able to log in to your Yahoo! account with the password you have been using, then your password hasn't changed. If you can't log in, you can request a new password by filling out the Password Request Form. POP Access Option Have you selected the option for POP access on the Mail Delivery Status page? To find out if you have, click on "Options" (top right in Yahoo! Mail) and then on POP Access & Forwarding. Make sure to click "Submit" when you're done. Please note, you won't receive POP access if you've selected the "Forwarding" option. These are separate features that can't be used at the same time.
