Whats the pop3 and smpt on Yahoo?

Need help with outgoing PoP3 server settings... typical smpt.mail.yahoo.com is not working?

• I can receive mail from Yahoo without a problem but i can not send mail from my Outlook Express. Whose problem is this (well mine of course) but can I get answers from Yahoo... my IPS? Not sure what to do. I have tried putting in my IPS mail server address and this does not seem to be working either. Error -The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.mail.yahoo.com', Server: 'smtp.mail.yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E If you can help me that would be wonderul!
