How do I find someone on yahoo with nickname?

I was recently scammed on Ebay by someone using a yahoo id, how do you find personal info on a yahoo addy?

  Ok in this case, you will find that the seller can make up a false id to collect the funds, because the proof required is often easy to make yourself. As for his ebay ID that too can be made to a false address and name, because no payments are going through ebay nor are they going through PayPal... thus any information you do get from ebay is false. The yahoo ID is easy to make, and can be made from "proxies" which could hide the original internet address (IP) and so pursuing through a person's yahoo ID is almost pointless with these sort of activities. Bottom line, lodge the police report, then seek out which companies regulate WESTERN UNION's financial acitivites and lodge a complaint. However, im sure very little can be done to recover having experienced it myself... even when you pay in ebay it does say dont use Western Union for payment etc! Try the above and good luck!
