What are the account settings for Yahoo in Outlook Express?

Set up outlook express to read yahoo mail exactly as described in Yahoo help, its not working. Any ideas?

  • Got the following error after setting up outlook express to default to my yahoo mail account: There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk', Server: 'pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Error logging in. Please visit http://mail.yahoo.com', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92 I doublechecked all the settings as was described in yahoo mail, including the authentication piece. Still no luck. Would love to know if anyone else had this problem and was able to resolve it.

    try this remove the word mail then try .com instead of .co.uk incoming mail(POP3) :-"pop.yahoo.com" the reason i say this is i have an e-mail address with freeuk.com and incoming (POP3) :- pop.freeuk.net and outgoing (SMTP) :- relay.freeuk.net hope above will help
