Outlook mail server issue?

Has the outgoing mail server address changed?

  • I've been using Outlook for my Yahoo mail for a year. Now all of a sudden, my Outgoing mail is not being sent. I checked the configuration and it seems to be right. (smtp.mail.yahoo.com.sg)(SSL encrytion, Port 465, etc.) Any ideas on what could be the issue? When I test Account Settings it says that Outlook cannot connect to my outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. (Incoming works fine.)

This is a problem with Yahoo. I have been in contact with Yahoo Customer Care for the past two weeks and they doesn't see to realize that it is a universal problem. That keep giving me the settings (I have tried them and all other combinations) and asking for details. Yahoo needs to realize that it is their problem.
