Hotmail email help?

I cannot login to my hotmail email anymore because of the hotmail Windows Live thing. I made the email about 3 years ago to use for my myspace login. Well I haven't logged into my myspace in about a month and I do not remember my password. Therefore I need a way to login to my hotmail email account, so I can get my myspace password sent to that email. So if there is anyone out there that could help, you know, if you know a way I could still login to my hotmail email, your help would be much appreciated.

Here is what you do. First, go to forgot password. Second, remember your old email that you use to have. They will tell you the rest.
