You must be a paid subscriber of Yahoo Mail Plus to use email programs like Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc., to access your Yahoo mail. If you already have Plus, go to this Help link... http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/pop/ Under the heading 'Accessing Yahoo Mail via POP', choose the email program you are using and follow the easy set-up instructions.

As of today, if you're registered with yahoo.com or yahoo.com.my, you can't download your yahoo email into Microsoft Outlook 2003, unless you're a premium user of yahoo services. However, if you're registered with yahoo.co.uk, you can download your yahoo email into your outlook. Don't ask me the logic, but you can always try. Good Luck
