Outlook 2002 POP3 settings correct but cannot send or receive?

Have verified all recommended POP3 settings for Outlook 2002. pop.att.yahoo.com smtp.att.yahoo.com Outgoing authentication POP3 port=995 and SSL SMTP port = 465 and SSL Credentials are correct as webmail logs on fine Anyone with ideas?

Answer:
I) This will only work if you're using the paid version - Yahoo Mail Plus. 2) Change your Outgoing port to 567 instead of 465 if you still can't send messages.
