Why can't I access my yahoo account from windows mail?

I recently upgraded to Yahoo Mail Plus in order to access my account from Windows Live.?

My mail is not forwarding. I can not seem to get the pop3 right. What am I doing wrong? I purchased Yahoo Mail Plus for very purpose. Somebody please help?

Go to the provided source and click this link: "To add a Gmail, Yahoo! Mail Plus, or other POP3 account" --- It should help. Windows Live Hotmail will automatically provide the settings. Since you only put Windows Live, I didn't know if you were referring to Live Hotmail or Live Mail that's in your live essentials pack and downloaded on your computer. For this one: Check out the Yahoo! Source below. Note: To add E-mail account, click Accounts --> Email on the toolbar in newer version.
