How to set up Microsoft Outlook?

How to set an e-mail account in microsoft outlook. What is po.smtp,and htt. I dont know how to set that.?

• I already set tha pop, the smtp on the dialog box but my Microsoft Outlook still register error on incomming server or cannot find server.

  You have to make sure that you type it in exactly as the service provider tells you or it wont work. Which one do you use?
