How do I transfer my old emails to my new account?

I'm going from an @ SBCGLOBAL.NET accound to a Yahoo.com account. I went to the mail home page and clicked on the Address link, but theres no link for SBCGLOBAL.NET. I know nothing about computers and Need HELP!!
