What is the proper configuration for Outlook Express?

Can i use my default yahoo ID in Outlook Express, if yes ! How? Configuration Plz...?

    MS Outlook, Outlook Express and other Mail clients require POP3 to access Yahoo mail. POP3 is only supported on Yahoo Mail Plus or on certain non-US variants of Yahoo mail. The alternative to Yahoo Mail Plus is third party software such as Web2Pop: http://www.jmasoftware.com/english/index.html which provides POP access for programs such as Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook for Yahoo and other free webmailers. For the outgoing server you'll either have to use your ISP's mail server or subscribe to Yahoo Mail Plus.

You can... But the thing is,for time being it is available only for co.uk.. as its in beta.. Do set the incoming mail as pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk and outgoing mail as smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk. Besides this, set the smtp to 587 and check the server requires authentication aswell.. On further asistance do feel free to contact. [email protected]
