How to download mails from Yahoo.com to Mail Clients like Outlook Express etc. in NON-US countries?

I am from INDIA.I am able download mails from yahoo.co.uk or yahoo.co.in. to Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook. But I am not able to do it from Yahoo.com.Please inform how to do it?

Answer:
If ur able to download from other countries the there would be a chance that Yahoo ppl disabled this feature. Check weather ur account have POP option or not.
