Why is Yahoo Mail's POP server no longer allowing pictures?
-
For the past 8 years I have been using (AND PAYING FOR) Yahoo POP server access through my local email client (Thunderbird). I just paid for renewal and now it appears that I cannot send anything with pictures (and possibly not even HTML) in the email content. wth? Is this new policy? Sure you can pay us to use our POP service but you can only send text? If so, can I have $20 back? " An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Transaction failed : Cannot send message due to possible abuse; please visit http://postmaster.yahoo.com/abuse_smtp.html for more information. Please check the message and try again. " -Greg
