I purchased an IncrediMail package. I find I cannot seem to get it to work. Any ideas?

I've used the free IncrediMail in the past with no problem. My girlfriend still uses it, free, with no major problem. I'd have thought as you've actually PAID for it they'd be sure to try and help you, but sorry no specific advice... just Keep Trying. (By the way, I eventually quit using IncrediMail as I came to believe it was something of a hog on resources, AND I tried once installing it on a new PC, then uninstalling it, THEN checking my registry file. Despite have allegedly UNInstalled itself, it left huge chunks of dead stuff in registry - and to me that is NOT a ""well-behaved" program.)

Never heard of it. Goto http://groups.google.com and type in the name of the product and you may be able to locate others who have had similar problems and what they did for a solution. Typically mail packages only require a pop3 and smtp server address. I don't know what else could go wrong.
