I need to use Microsoft outlook 2000 to send and recieve my yahoo mail. I think I need the server name?

When I compose and try to send email from Microsoft Outlook 2000, it won't send because the server says popnetzero and I need to have the yahoo mail server's name and type (pop,http, whatever)to make it work. Also, my name and or e-mail address do not appear in the "From:" field on my outgoing mail. Please help!!
