i want to set up my outlook express to receive my yahoo mail, how can i go about doing this?

free yahoo mail acounts are not forwardable. you will have to sign up for the next level of yahoo mail... as stated twice before me.

You have to sign up for yahoo mail plus it's on the top left hand corner of your main mail screen it says upgrades click on that and sign up then it will give you POP access. 19.99 a year
