Why does yahoo mail not allow free Forwarding?

  • I AM USING YAHOO MAIL FORWARDING SERVICE. BUT THE PROBLEM I AM FACING IS THAT WHILE FORWARDING A YAHOO MAIL TO OTHER ACCOUNT, IT DOES NOT LEAVE A COPY OF MAIL TO YAHOO SERVER. IF I WANT TO RETAIN A COPY OF THAT MAIL TO MY YAHOO MAIL ALSO, HOW CAN I DO ALSO... I WILL BE VERY THANK FULL TO YOU IF YOU CAN SORT OUT THIS ISSUE....

    Then you have to disable the forwarding service and set your Yahoo accunt under your other account. In this way Yahoo will be acting as a pop account under the other account with the following setting pop.mail.yahoo.com smtp.mail.yahoo.com there should be a box to check if you want Yahoo to leave a copy of the emails in your Yahoo inbox. However in order to be able to set Yahoo as a pop account....you might either need to: -pay for Yahoo Mail plus -Determine whether your account offers it for free, and if not try to change the language of your Yahoo account in the Account Options (some countries offer different options for free)
