I cannot access my e-mail address and have had no problem before.

PLEASE HELP - Can Not Access EMAIL ADDRESSES?

  • You know when you start to type in an address with jjust a single letter or two, all the addresses come down and you can just click on the one you want... It is not happening. Also I can not even access my address so I can get the email address(es) I need and I surely do not know all the email addresses in my list by heart...just a very few.... This just start...I tried to shut down my computer and restarted, because that solved the problem before, but now it is not happening and I am definitely not a computer whiz by any means..... I am not even sure than I explained this write, so if anyone can help me, I sure need it....I also tried to explain the problem in HELP to Yahoo....and so I totally can't send out any emails right now....... =(

    Some times this is just one of Ya"hell's" (as I like to call it) glitches. It has happened to me many times. Its not your computer its a Yahoo thing/problem and you just have to wait it out till they fix it or it begins to work again. I know exactly what you are talking about as I've had it happen to me several times before.

I do not know what to do about this, but the VERY same thing is happening to me. I have shut my computer down numerous times and restarted. Yahoo doesn't even give us anyone to contact directly, as if we are supposed to fix one another's server issues. I am on a time limit and am REALLY MAD right now.

Did you delete your cookes by mistake? if you did, then that is why you can't get your address to pop up there. You have to call your internet provider to ask what your email address is.
