How do I forward or reply to an E-mail?

How do i contact yahoo if there is a problem with my email account? (i.e., cannot use reply and forward functi

    I had this same problem and this help page really helped me get back on track with Yahoo! Mail: Q: I can’t compose, reply, or forward messages. A: That takes all the fun out of email, doesn't it. Let's fix it! Here's how: Click the "Options" link in the upper right of your Mail page. On the Options page, in the "Management" column, click on "General Preferences". Find the "Composing E-mails" section, "Mode:", and choose "Compose messages as plain text". Scroll to the bottom and click the "Save" button. Now try it. Can you Compose, Reply to a message or Forward? If so, great! We're done. But if you're still having trouble Composing, Replying to a message or Forwarding, please click 'Contact Us' below, because we would like to resolve this and get your account working properly as quickly as possible. Include your Yahoo! ID, and list each step you have already taken. Thanks! http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/send/send-34.html

go to yahoo home page.... scroll down to very bottom of page and click on the help link.... there is a box where you can type in your problem for help..... i have never used it, but its worth a try. :)
