Keep getting an error message 12031 can't send emails, or open attachments, do you know how I can fix it?

it has happened with everyone computer in my house, Have cleared cookies and still happens, but can hook up laptop to friends router and it works fine,

Recommended fixes for the many current problems include Update Adobe Flash Player Internet Explorer and Java script . Clear Explorer cache, cookies, and browsing history. Some find that a return to classic mail improves things. You could also try an alternative browser. Hope this helps
