How to send an email that can't be opened?

I just opened my new yahoo email account. I can recieve emails just fine but I cant send them. What can i do?

I'm having the same issues. I can get emails from anywhere but I can't send. I send the emails but the recipients never receives my emails. What is the issue. I just opened the account yesterday 4/16/07. Please help!
