Why Has My Entire Yahoo Mail Disappeared?

My "Reply" function has disappeared in Yahoo mail.?

Basically, I can read my mail, but can't reply to it. I use a Mac, so am on Safari. Help please!

  First of all: Your question is very helpful. Second: I didn't read it thoroughly because I'm in a hurry but PLEASE add whether you are using the Purple Yahoo. We have couple of Yahoo accounts and those of us who have the Purple Yahoo are having extreme difficulty with the emails we write. To begin with we have to wait at least 4 minutes after writing before sending it to DRAFT or to SEND; simply we get message from Internet Explorer saying that it has stopped working and it simply goes, disappearing the whole email. At times, after the same message the email does go into DRAFT, but this is seldom. It is driving us all crazy. Something else we're noticing for the last few months is that there is a four hour difference. Let's say we just got a local email from someone we know and we see four hours further than the real time. I don't know why Yahoo decided to give us this Purple Yahoo. At least with the previous one we did have the option to change. I've asked repeatedly here on Answers if I can change and people have been telling me there is no way of changing back.
