What is wrong with my e-mail account?

  • Everytime i got to write an email, I never get a box to type my texted in. I have used it before but now all of a sudden it doesn't work!

    I would suggest clearing cookies and files. (If you're using a PC with IE; go to tools at the top of your browser, internet options, delete cookies, press ok, delete files, check mark the box that says "delete all offline content", press ok. depending on Yahoo!®, your security settings might be set too high.. generally if you're at medium, you should be good. you would find this under the privacy tab on Internet Options. If Yahoo!® is having any trouble, they should be able to tell you from the Internet tech if you call. You might even try using a different browser. Firefox, AOL, IE (if you're not already), Netscape, etc. If you're using a MAC, IM to get any information about such tech stuff if you need.

I have to make sure what you write emails with. Do you use Outlook? foxmail? thunderbird? or online webmail? please provide further details, I think that I can resolve your problem.

I have the same problem. Many other people are reporting similar difficulties. I think that Yahoo has a problem with their software. I have written to them. I suggest that others do the same. B
