When I can't open my e-mail?

Cant read my email when I log on and open them?

• I cant read my email when I open it. I click on the email, it opens, but I am unable to read it except for who sent it. I am already using Classic mail, so that isnt it. I logged on today for the 1st time in forever, I opened up a message and for a very brief moment what ever was in the email appeared then was gone. I dont even bother trying much any more. I think at last count I had over 4,000 unread email. I can log on and read it at work, but since it is work time is very limited and the question then is where do I start with all that to try and sift through. I thought about trying to thin it out by deleting mass amounts, but the check all link just shoots me to the top of the page when I click on it. It doesnt do me any good to click this email me when I get an answer since I wont be able to read it anyway. L
