Is every one having problems with sending mail and attaching files on yahoo?

Everything was fine yesterday afternoon but starting yesterday evening I couldn't send most Emails without it stalling and tonight I can't attach anything to my Email

I was. i restarted my computer and it worked again try that. hope it works!
