How Can I Check If An Email Is Still Active?

I was typing an email, I hit spell check, then lost the email. Where did it go? Can I retrieve it? If so, How?

  • The email completely left my screen. My screen went right back to my desktop, showing all my icons. I had to even sign back in to my email account, but the composed email was still gone.

  • Answer:

    Check in your drafts folder. If not there, check in your sent folder (providing you have save a copy turned on). If its not in either location, then you lost the email.
