Why is yahoo email working so slow?

Why is my yahoo email not working??

  • i have 2 yahoo accts. one i can check, read, send as normal. the other when i access my email it is SUPER slow. usually just comes up 'cannot find server'. if i make it far enough to read the email(which doesnt usually happen) i cant reply. i at some point for the last 2 days always get 'cannot find server'. help?????

    yahoo for the last 3 months or so have been running into some serious bugs with there mail especially the version listed as BETA...for those not sure that means its in testing and LIKELY will be buggy, even after its released form beta for a while( kinda like windows Vista) this to another responder : as an FYI while your yahoo account may have been canceled, it may have not neccasarily due to someone reporting you friviously as you may think, often especially with yahoo and aol email accounts, people will temporarily hijack your email account to send spam out. So if you were reported for that. it may not have been your fault, but yahoo cant prove or disprove that easily, so the easiest way to fix it, shut down the email account...it sucks but thats what they do it :/

I am having the exact same problem. Someone just told me they sent me an important email and I can't access it. I get the message, "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server." Anyone know what is going on?

Because yahoo, the jack a sses they are, probably deactivated your account without warning like they're for ever doing to different users. They did it to me twice. They allow losers to report you for frivolous sh it at yahoo and then based on those complaint might shut down your account. Bottomline, yahoo sucks and there is nothing you can do to get it back either because they don't respond
