Is there a service that scrapes contact information from websites?

Yahoo real customer service. Live? HELP!!?

• My original yahoo account which i have owned for 7 years and all my personal information was sent to this adress was stolen. Thus resulting in my ebay account being stolen. It's been 4 days and yahoo still will not respond to me about it. I've gotten my ebay account back and i found out that these chinese scam artists who hack peoples accounts to send out spam about websites that they offer a product at a discount and once u pay for it u never receive the item and they shutdown the site. The problem i have is all my information such as birthday zipcode and name are fake on there since i made it when i was twelve and didnt want to provide real information. I've tried 4 differnt ways to contact yahoo and they will not contact me back. My identitiy is at stake here. And yahoo sends me one automated response telling me how to log into yahoo. Like... "In the username feild type your username you selected during regestration! Password feild put your password! Its that simple!"WTH HELP

  I have been a Yahoo member for 10 years, and have NEVER found them to be unresponsive. I don't know how you tried to contact them, but my experience is that you get a reply within 24 hours. Yahoo!
