How do I find Yahoo customer services ref. my email problem?

My mail inbox has not received several emails w/photo attachments from another yahoo address sent around Oct. 27-29. My correct email address was verified twice with my friend and her Sent folder indicates the photo emails went out. I really want to find out (and receive) what happened in order to get these special photos to me. Can you please research and assist? My friend's address is: [email protected]. Mine is: [email protected]. Please assist and advise me ASAP. Thank you so much.

First, talk to a Yahoo! tech regarding the problem by email or phone. Since you want an answer quickly, a phone call might be faster. I'm just trying to warn you for your protection: NEVER give out your email address or that of your friend(s) over the internet. I'm not weird, but there are many weird people on websites; you could also make yourself and your friends extremely hacker vunerable.
