How do I find someones name by using just their email address?

How can I find out who is using an email address to try and open credit in my name?

• My mother's identity has been stolen...people have her name, address, social security number, driver's license number, phone number...they keep trying to open new credit in her name but they are using their own email addresses....how can I find out who these people are?   Send a official letter of complaint to the site and demand a reply mean while send a return receipt copy to all her credit card companies and the three main credit agencies.
