How do I save/transfer old Yahoo email to my computer?

I cannot delete or reply to my yahoo email on my computer but others can on there yahoo email?

  • Everyone else who attempts to check there yahoo email have no problems but it will not let me delete, reply and it will let me read it but it remains as an unread email and when i click to do any of those it does nothing and sometimes at the bottom it will say done but with errors. why is it only doing it with my account.

  • Answer:

Some people say that you would need to install the latest version of Javascript. http://www.java.com/ Others say, the latest version of Flash player. http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer Some say-----both. It's also helpful if you clear the cache. Tools>>Internet Options>>"general tab">>delete History, temporary files, cookies>>then reboot. Sometimes, this will work-----AND----sometimes not. If not>>>just switch back to Classic Mail, till Yahoo gets the New Mail working properly. Click this link and then "yes" to opt out . http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/dc/optout?script=no

What type of internet do you have? I have internet explorer and it's sometimes slow with mine and then I reclick it again because I know that thing is able to accelerate instead of retarding on me. Besides I need help in mine changing back and I'm out of questions today.

At this time Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. If you look you will find lots of people cannot send/receive/delete mail at the moment.
