How to contact Yahoo for help with email?

How can you contact a person by telephone at yahoo to help with email problems?

  • I need to speak to a customer service representative by telephone I am not getting any help through the email system

    I've tried. You can't. They only have a couple of people working there. Most of the contact is via e-mail and they're generated by computer. Notice how many of the messages aren't composed right or they don't address the question you have. The algorithm is simple, find some key words and reply with the most common problems. Keep trying online, eventually you might get lucky.

Honestly, it is nearly impossible. I recently had an issue and actually got someone on the phone... it was not a good experience. Here's the number though: 866-562-7228.

Well if it is a free service that we are getting we should not expect too much. I do not know if some people haev paid service or not, either way we should all be thankful that YAHOO allows us to have free email.... thanks.
