Can't Access My Yahoo E-mail?

I can't access my yahoo e mail from my own computer why?

• all my e mails are blank even though I know they had content. I am using the computer at work so I'd suspect that something has gone awry on my home computer. I can't send mail or retrieve my address book either. When I click on the mail link I get diverted to a white page with YAHOO Mail options in large bold print but can't navigate to anything from there. Help????

• Answer:

  Yahoo and IE seem to be incompatible right now at medium to high cookie settings. You may access Yahoo Mail with a different browser, such as Firefox. Just type yahoo.mail.com in the address bar. I am able to get through with Firefox, and I hope you can too. Or, you can set your cookies at the lowest possible setting, and that should work too. It bugs me to have to do this, but at least it will help you get your emails if you are browsing with Internet Explorer. You can always reset your cookies after accessing your email.
