Why can't I send an email? When I send an email I get another email from MAILER-DAEMON with a failure notice?

I sent one to my friend and got a failure notice and then tried again then it worked fine. Then I sent one to my mom and I got a failure notice. What is happening? Is anyone else having thise problem? Is Yahoo! just working on Mail or something?
