Why can't people see the messages I send them?

Messages I send in yahoo messanger do not go through but I can see what people send me?

LOOK THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING OK I Can not send private messages to anyone sometimes after being online after like 10 minutes it just stops working. I can see what people type but what I type in the box and send the people say they cant see it. I thought this issue was with my slow internet but then I recently got HIGH SPEED INTERNET and its the same freakin deal. I HAVE TIRED MULTIPLE VERSION OF YAHOO AND ITS THE SAME FREAKING THING AFTER COUPLE MINUTES PM'S ARE SENT ON MY THING BUT PERSON DOESN'T GET IT WHY DOES IT DO THIS HOW TO FIX THIS? IF I GET ON MEEBO OR SOMETHING ITS FINE JUST YAHOO MESSAGER WHATS THE DEAL?
