How do I contact Yahoo as I am unable to send any e-mails?

How can i contact yahoo. someone is using my yahoo address book to send commercial e-mails to my contacts?

    Try this I'm sure this will work you can chat with someone at Yahoo. I use Internet Explorer and could not find a solution to switch back to Classic Mail permanently after 2 days of pulling my hair out... I went to CONTACT YAHOO CUSTOMER CARE, then clicked on LIVE CHAT, told them my old computer can not handle it, and they switched me back 5 to10 min., no problem!!!
