Why can't I log into my old Yahoo account?

  • Help! I can not log into my old account. I had to create this new one to get any email. Yes, I am typing the user name and password correctly and the account should not have been disabled for any reason, Yahoo just won't let me login to the old account. Why is this happening? Thank you all for the input.

    Like the first person said, you probably haven't logged in for a while and it was deleted. Send the other account an e-mail and see if it bounces back or not.

Because its old and you havnt been onit in a while. Its probably deleted

Make sure you have the correct password. I've had a screen name on yahoo for years and have not signed on at years at a time so I don't think its too old. You might just not have the actual screen name or password right. GOOD LUCK!

Since you mentioned it was old it means that you haven't accessed it for about some months now due to which it has been deleted.
